Fee & Accessibility Policy

LANDSCAPE 2526 requires a €15 submission fee per project.

This contribution is not intended as profit. It supports the organizational work behind the open call — including administration, communication, and evaluation — and allows us to reinvest the collected fees into the cash prize awarded to the first-ranked artist.

We are committed to maintaining a transparent and accessible process.

Artists who are objectively unable to complete the payment due to documented international banking restrictions may request a fee waiver.

Fee waiver requests must:

• Clearly indicate the country of residence

• Confirm the inability to process international payments

• Include the subject line: “Fee Waiver Request – LANDSCAPE 2526”

Accessibility is a practice. We aim to ensure that participation in LANDSCAPE 2526 remains as inclusive and internationally open as possible, within the sustainability of the project.
